Our delivery options
We offer reliable same-day and scheduled flower delivery across Auckland , with every arrangement carefully prepared to arrive fresh and beautifully presented.
For same-day Auckland delivery, please order by the following cut-off times:
- Auckland Central, North Shore and inner suburbs by 2:00pm
- Outer suburbs by 2:00pm (deliveries may arrive later in the day)
- Extended outer areas by 4:00pm
- Main hospitals by 5:00pm.
We aim to complete all deliveries by early evening, however times may vary depending on volume and traffic conditions. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Please ensure all delivery details are correct, including a valid contact number for the recipient. If the recipient is not home, our driver will leave the flowers in a safe place where possible; if the property is inaccessible or unsafe to leave, the order will be returned to our store and redelivery or collection will be required.
For hospital deliveries, please include the full patient name and ward details where possible. Selected North Island locations are serviced via overnight delivery, and some outer or rural addresses may incur additional fees or extended delivery timeframes.

Same-Day Delivery
Monday - Friday cut-off: 2 PM
Deliveries arrive between 10AM-7PM
Saturday cut-off: 10AM
Deliveries arrive between 12:30PM-5PM
Delivery fee calculated at checkout

Late/evening deliveries
Late/evening delivery is unavailable for outer and wider Auckland suburbs. Orders placed after the cut-off windows will go out on the next delivery schedule the following day.
Central and CBD deliveries may be eligible for late/evening deliveries. Note that this may incur additional fees.

Unsuccessful Delivery - Home
If no one is home to receive the flowers, we will leave them in a safe place. If our courier cannot access the property or there is no safe place to leave them, we will contact you. Re-delivery fee might be charged if the incorrect delivery information or contact details aren’t provided.
If it's an apartment it's imperative there is a phone number with information they will be onsite.
If there's dogs on the property we may need to contact the recipient.
Locked gates may be an issue, if we can't get hold of the recipient it might cause a re-delivery cost to re-deliver later in the day or the following morning.
Weekend Delivery
Our cut off for Saturday deliveries is 10am. This is only applicable to Auckland Suburbs. Our shop closes at 12:30m on a Saturday. We are closed Sundays.
