Unsuccessful Delivery - Home
If no one is home to receive the flowers, we will leave them in a safe place. If our courier cannot access the property or there is no safe place to leave them, we will contact you. Re-delivery fee might be charged if the incorrect delivery information or contact details aren’t provided.
If it's an apartment it's imperative there is a phone number with information they will be onsite.
If there's dogs on the property we may need to contact the recipient.
Locked gates may be an issue, if we can't get hold of the recipient it might cause a re-delivery cost to re-deliver later in the day or the following morning.

specify your approximate pick-up time so we can have your order ready for you.
Shop in-store, view products we have available or get face-to-face help from our florist. We have a walk in chiller and the biggest range of fresh flowers delivered daily in New zealand. If you are looking for a particular flower or if it’s in season we will have it. We can accommodate last minute
orders no matter how large.
Our expansive workshop is 150 sqm of sky-lit space, featuring a walk-in 3m chiller room. The bright, clean and flower-filled shop is a visual reminder of our dedication to high-quality and reliable gifting. The exterior courtyard provides a quick-stop parking zone for picking up fresh florals and gifts on the
run.
