Roses are more than just flowers they’re timeless messengers of love, gratitude, and beauty. At Wild Poppies, we believe each rose color tells its own story, and with the right care, your bouquet can continue speaking that message for days to come. Here’s what four of our most popular shades symbolize:

Red roses are the ultimate symbol of love and passion. Perfect for anniversaries, Valentine’s Day, or romantic surprises, they’ve stood the test of time as the flower of deep devotion. If you want to make a bold statement red roses say it best.
🤍 WHITE ROSES: PURITY & NEW BEGINNINGS
White roses are a symbol of innocence, sincerity, and new beginnings. They’re often chosen for weddings and christenings, but they also bring peace and comfort in sympathy arrangements. Elegant and timeless, white roses are perfect when you want to express respect and purity.
💛 YELLOW ROSES: FRIENDSHIP & JOY
Nothing says sunshine like a bouquet of yellow roses. Symbolizing friendship, warmth, and happiness, they’re the perfect gift to brighten someone’s day, celebrate milestones, or wish a friend well. Yellow roses are all about sharing joy and positivity.
🍑 PEACH ROSES: GRATITUDE & APPRECIATION
Peach roses carry a gentle charm, symbolizing gratitude, sincerity, and appreciation. They’re a thoughtful choice for saying “thank you,” celebrating a business success, or sending a subtle gesture of admiration. With their soft tone, they bring warmth without being overwhelming.
HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR ROSES
Our dedicated team always curates and arranges your bouquet with care and affection, ensuring it arrives fresh, vibrant, and ready to delight. Each bouquet is wrapped with water to preserve its beauty during delivery but with a few simple steps, you can help your roses last even longer:
-
Clean Your Vase
A spotless vase helps prevent bacteria. -

Trim the Stems
Cut 2–3 cm at a 45-degree angle for better hydration. -
Remove Foliage Below Waterline
This keeps the water clean. -
Discard Outer or Brown Leaves
Gently remove any dried petals or leaves. -
Refresh the Water
Change every second day and re-trim stems. -
Keep Them Cool
Avoid direct sunlight, heaters, or very warm spots. -
Remove Wilted Flowers
