Delivery Costs

When placing your order please ensure you have included full contact details for you and the recipient to assist us in delivering to the right address. Especially for deliveries to apartments and properties with security gates.

Please note these prices do not apply for hand delivered gifts  to rural addresses.    See notes  below.   

Delivery Times and Locations

If it can be delivered, we'll do our best to get it there!

We deliver throughout the wider Auckland region during Monday to Saturday only as  (Sunday delivery service is not available). Please place your order by the times indicated below to ensure delivery. If possible we can may be able to organise an emergency delivery outside these times. You are welcome to contact us via email or call us.
 

Auckland Same Day Deliveries

We are able to deliver same day within the wider Auckland region if orders are placed before 10.30am.

Central Auckland   

We can deliver hourly  via Sub 60 couriers  to Auckland CBD and the suburbs of Ponsonby, Parnell, Remuera, Freeman's Bay, Herne Bay, Westmere, Pt Chev, Grey Lynn, Mt Eden, Newmarket, Epsom, Orakei, Takapuna, Northcote, Glenfield. You must advise us on your order form  if you require an urgent delivery. 

We clear our online orders thru-out the day until 6pm, Monday - Friday. If you are delivering to a business in this area you will need to order before 3pm to ensure it arrives during business hours.

Wider Auckland Suburbs

We deliver twice a day and require orders before 2pm, Monday – Friday.

If you have a business delivery for an outer Auckland area, we would recommend you order before 10am to ensure it is picked up for our first delivery run of the day.

Auckland Outer Regions

Delivery to the outer Auckland regions includes the following; Helensville, Pukekohe, Hunua, Muriwai, Orewa, Oratia, Pokeno, Silverdale, Tuakau, West Harbour, Woodhill, Whangaparoa, Wiatarua, Wainui, Waiuku, Waimauku and Waiheke Island.

Place your order before 10am Monday - Friday (we service some outer regions on Saturday but this will need to be confirmed)

Rural Deliveries  are subject to extra delivery charges if they are hand delivered by our floral couriers. 

Parcel post to rural delivery address can take up to 3 days if its a long way ( not suitable for Perishable flower gifts )  

If your delivery address is an RD. it might be great idea to deliver a work address or family  member who lives in town to hold the gift. Another option is to have the delivery made to the local garage or dairy.  

The staff at Wild Poppies will help to get your gift delivered as urgently. 

Saturday Deliveries – Auckland

Orders need to be placed before 10.30am Saturday for same day delivery within Auckland. We do not have an hourly service on a Saturday, and therefore cannot guarantee delivery times.

Saturday Deliveries - Outside Auckland

Your orders for North and South Island deliveries for Saturday need to be placed before 3.30pm on Friday for next day nationwide delivery.

Deliveries outside of Auckland

Orders delivered outside of Auckland will be delivered overnight.

Weekend Orders

Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday as there is no Sunday delivery service available.

Rural Deliveries

Rural deliveries may take an extra day or two depending on how  far out the address is. Wildpoppies uses an extensive courier network so that your flowers or gift gets to your destination as quickly as possible.

You can help us by providing the following information;

(a) Recipient’s telephone number

(b) Full delivery details, i.e., '2km up Johnson Road on the left-hand side, house has a red roof and circular driveway'.

Deliveries may be left with a local agent for collection (at a convenient pick-up point such as the local garage—your recipient will be consulted first.

If it can be delivered, we'll do our best to get it there!
