How to Order

Ordering flowers and gifts at Wildpoppies online is very easy. You are prompted at each simple step as you proceed through the Checkout. All buttons that relate to the Shopping Bag and Checkout process are all green. All link and browsing buttons all blue.

We've created a comprehensive catalog to make finding the perfect gift simple. You can also narrow your search within a category by using the attribute filter situated in the left hand side of your screen.

Alternatively you can phone in your order – full telephone contact details are given at the bottom of the page or in the next section titled Telephone / Fax Orders.

Members— simply email your order (we must have your previous history in the system). If you have any Ordering queries at all, just Contact Us.

Telephone Orders

If you have a special request or prefer to place your order by phone we can manually process your order by credit card. If you placed an order by voice mail message - remember to leave full delivery details and a number where we can call you back!

Should you call outside business hours, we will not be able to action your request until the next business day.

Ordering by Fax

Fax orders are welcome, please fax your order to +64 9 357 6160 anytime.

• A greeting or message
• Clear delivery instructions
• The recipient’s contact phone number

Please Note: should you fax your order outside of our business hours or on a Sunday, we will not be able to action your order until the next business day.

Multiple Orders

You can conveniently ship to Multiple Addresses in one order. A separate invoice will be emailed to you for each order placed.
To use this Check Out method, you must first have created an account or logged into your account.
From the Check Out page, each unit of each item you have selected will be divided up. You will be able to enter a gift message for each item in your Order at the Shipping Method stage of the Checkout page.

Please Note: If you don’t select the Checkout with Multiple Addresses option on the My Shopping Bag / Checkout page then you can only enter one shipping address per Order, where all the items in the Order will be shipped. You need to select Checkout with Multiple Addresses to ship to multiple addresses.

Buying and Redeeming Gift Vouchers

Wildpoppies Gift Vouchers are easy to buy and easy to use and can be used like money to purchase any gift from this site. Gift Vouchers are so versatile and end the age-old dilemma of what gift to send. Now your recipient has the choice to purchase any product online.

This is how it works:

1. Buying a Wildpoppies Gift Voucher

Under the Gift Ideas tab on the top menu you will find the Gift Voucher link. Choose a value of your choice and pay for it at the checkout using your credit or debit card.

2. We send it

Once your payment has been received we will send the Gift Voucher to your selected delivery address. The Gift Voucher is beautifully printed and presented in an attractive envelope tied with a ribbon. You may also like to consider purchasing a card to accompany your Gift Voucher bearing your individual gift message.

3. Using the Gift Voucher

This gift voucher can be redeemed online. Simply enter the unique Gift Voucher number on the front of the Gift Voucher beginning with WP... on the ‘My Shopping Bag’ page under the ‘Gift Voucher / Discount Coupon?’, the value will be deducted from the grand total at checkout.

Gifts worth more than the value of the Gift Voucher can be purchased by paying the difference using a credit or debit card. Gift Vouchers can also be redeemed by phone by calling Freephone: 0800 80 9453 or Outside NZ: +64 9 357 6161.

Conditions of Use for Gift Voucher

• The bearer of this Gift Voucher is entitled to goods to the face value of this Voucher.
• This Voucher is not redeemable for cash and is not legal tender.
• This Gift Voucher may only be redeemed for a period of six months after the date recorded on the Gift Voucher. The Gift Voucher will be void after this six month period.
• The Gift Voucher will not be void and will not be redeemable if it is defaced, mutilated, stolen, altered or tampered with in any way.
• Wildpoppies will not be responsible for any Gift Vouchers that are lost or stolen.
• This gift voucher can be redeemed online simply enter the unique Gift Voucher number on the front of the Gift Voucher beginning with WP... on the ‘My Shopping Bag’ page under the ‘Gift Voucher / Discount Coupon?’, the value will be deducted from the grand total at checkout.

Problems Ordering?

Problem ordering

For ordering issues, state 'Urgent Ordering Problem' in the subject header of your message. We will get back as soon as possible during business hours.

It is important to ensure you fill in all necessary fields on your Order Form to avoid problems or delays with your order.

Sent a duplicate order in error?

If so, we will advise you by email immediately and refund any overpayment same day. We never action duplicate orders—guaranteed, so don't worry!

Entering secure areas?

If you see a dialogue box stating 'Enter secure page', click 'YES' to proceed.

Slow connection / Timing out?

This site is always online (99.5% of the time). If you experience connection problems this may be down to your own connection and/or ISP.

If you should lose Internet connection after completing your Order at Checkout, don't panic! Simply hit the back button on your browser and print out the details to fax in or email later.

Order Confirmation

Once you have successfully completed the required fields at the Check Out stage and submitted your Order you will receive an Order Confirmation.

Tracking Orders

You can track the status of your Order through regular email notifications. We will notify you when your order is being processed and when it has been dispatched from our store.

At any time you can login to your Account and view a summary of your recent orders. You can also subscribe to receive RSS feeds to receive new content and notifications as soon as they are available.

Methods of Payment

Our site offers many different options for accepting payments.
We accept both online and off-line payment methods, with online being our most preferred method of payment.

Credit Card

When you select this payment method list you will be required to enter the Name on Card, select the Credit Card Type, enter the Credit Card Number, and select the Expiration Date, and the Card Verification Number. Credit card details are verified via our secure payment gateway for validity and availability of funds. Once these details have been checked the transaction is then processed and completed. We accept the following credit cards: Amex, Mastercard, Visa.

Direct Deposit

When you select this method of payment you can make a payment directly to our Wild Poppies bank account by direct credit. Goods are shipped once payment has been received and verified. To select this method of payment just enter your purchase order number at the Check Out stage under the Payment Information tab.

Please Note: We advise planning ahead of your delivery date as goods will not be dispatched until your deposit is received. To fast track this option either fax or email a screen grab of the confirmation.

Purchase Order

This method is for pre-approved business-to-business (B2B) transactions and pre-approved Customers with high volume purchases. To select this method of payment, select Purchase Order and enter your purchase order number at the Check Out stage under the Payment Information tab. The goods are shipped and billed at the beginning of each month for purchases. If you are interested in establishing a Corporate Account please Contact Us

Payment by Cheque / Money Order

If you select this method from the payment method list, you will not be required to enter any further information. You will then be required to post the Cheque or Money Order with the following details as defined below:

Currency

All prices quoted on this site are in New Zealand dollars. Back to top

Sales Tax / GST

All prices quoted on this site are inclusive of a goods and service tax called GST which is a 12.5% consumer sales tax levied required by the New Zealand Inland Revenue Department.

GST is payable on all of our orders as they are delivered in New Zealand. The only time GST is not payable is if the goods are exported overseas. On our site this is never the case.

Your Wildpoppies electronic receipt will be itemised and include our full company contact details, including our company GST number.

Online Security - SSL

Wildpoppies uses secure servers and secure socket layer (SSL) data transfer for strong encryption of all customer information.

Entering a secure area on our site switches on a padlock (situated in the browser bottom status bar). In your address bar you see 's' added to 'http' indicating encryption of data. This means personal data entered at our site cannot be intercepted and read by a third party.
