We treat our customers as we do our good friends. So, welcome friend to New Zealand’s preferred online destination for flowers and gifts.
Things are always changing at Wildpoppies, such as seasonal flowers and new, exciting gift ideas regularly being introduced! So, we thought it’s about time our web site changed too and set out to create for you, the ultimate online shopping experience when choosing a gift!
We first recommend setting up a Customer Account, even if you are an existing Wildpoppies Customer you will need to establish an account. If you subscribe to our e-Newsletter you will receive our Weekly Best Buys newsletter with discounted offers and a FREE gift with every purchase.

There are two places that you can register and create a new Customer Account: Login and Checkout.
Log In
In the top right of the home page is a Log In link. Click on this link and you will be redirected to a Create an Account page, there you will be required you to enter your First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and Password. Your password needs to comprise of 6 characters or more, we recommend using a combination of letters and numbers. Here you will have the option to sign up for our e-newsletter by checking the checkbox. This will place you on our Weekly Best Buys – where you will receive exclusive offers and receive a free gift with every Weekly Best Buy purchase. When you click Submit, your customer account will be created and you will by redirected to the My Account page.
Checkout
If you are not logged in when you click the Proceed to Checkout button, you will have the option to login using their pre-existing account, or, if you don’t already have an account, you can Checkout as Guest or create a new account by selecting Register.
About My Account
I have forgotten my passwordNo problem, we will email it to you. Click on the log in link on the top right navigation bar. You will be redirected to the New Customers / Registered Customers page. Click on the link in the Registered Customers box "Forgot Your Password?" You will then be prompted to enter your email address, once you have done that, click on the submit button and the site will send it to your email address automatically.
How do I change my address details?In the Addresses tab, you will have the option to enter one or more addresses for this account while creating it. For each address you wish to create, click Add New Address. As you enter the information in the fields on the right, the address manager panel on the left will update. The address manager panel will have a separate entry for each address, and you can designate which address is the Default Billing Address and which is the Default Shipping Address by selecting the radio button. The default addresses will automatically be selected from the address drop-down each time an order is placed with this account.

Unsubscribe from our mailing list
There are two ways in which you can choose to unsubscribe from our mailing list. The first is by logging into the My Account page under Account Information/ Newsletter, click on the Edit link and check the box to unsubscribe then save.
The other way to unsubscribe is to click on the opt out link at the footer of one of regular e-newsletters.
