I have made several orders since we moved to London in July last year. I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for the amazing personal service you provide. I so appreciated the fact that you held onto my last flower order for my friend Jenny and delivered it when you knew she had returned from holiday. She loved coming home to a bunch of fresh red flowers to enjoy with her house guests. Your personalised service is much appreciated. Both the flowers and cakes family and friends have received are beautifully presented and fresh. They are always thrilled and often take a photo to show me :)

Dear Wildpoppies

I just wanted to say many, many thanks for the wonderful flowers, candle and diffusser that you sent to my mother for her 70th birthday.I rang her this morning and she was thrilled, delighted and couldn't stop talking about the flowers (and the huge box, tissues and loads of ribbon that was handed to her by your courier).  My step-dad and she sat on the floor pulling out all the tissues to reveal the flowers - which she described "could have been a wedding bouquet". 

In her words "the candle is huge and smells amazing".  In fact she loved the smell of everything and couldn't stop talking about the freesias, lavender, hydrangeas, silver rabbit ears, silver and pink ribbon and "all that tissue!" She said it's the most beautiful bouquet she's ever seen, and I wanted to pass on the feedback and my thanks. You will definitely see me shopping in your online store again (and passing on your name to all my kiwi friends in NZ and abroad).

I just wanted to say thank you for the beautiful hot pink tulips and cupcakes that I sent to my daughter in New Plymouth last week.  They arrived safely at just the right time and delighted her just as I had hoped.  And she and her family raved about the delicious cupcakes too.  She didn't notice them at the bottom of the box at first so they were a lovely surprise!
