History
Wildpoppies has been an online florist since 1998 and over 16 years we’ve been in the business of selling flowers and gifts, arranging over one million flowers.
Wildpoppies have always been at the cutting edge of floral design and we are one of the first florists to introduce a modern, fresh style. We never use the traditional posy bowl style of Carnations, Gypsophila and Chrysanthemums. Wildpoppies was the first shop to design flowers in a gift bag as well as many other new looks.
At Wildpoppies our purpose is to make gift giving an enjoyable experience for both you and the recipient. Our passion is creating innovative and stunning gift ideas that are an absolute delight to receive.
Great care and attention to detail is given when preparing our flowers and gifts, we understand that each delivery we make is unique and special to the person who ordered the gift as well as the person receiving it. We absolutely love our work and collectively share the values: joy, kindness, integrity and happiness.
We own our own building at 3 College Hill situated over 3 levels, covering over 650sqm. Our location is perfect for deliveries throughout Central Auckland, at only a 5 minute drive from Queen Street.
Much of our business is from long standing customers as well as our fantastic corporate clients, like Telecom, Sky City Grand Hotel, Bayleys Real Estate, Giltrap Prestige and Westin Hotel.
Ten years ago, our goal was to build a fantastic range of gifts from a customer focused web site and one central retail store. Our mission is to be recognized by you as an exclusive international brand for sending unique floral arrangement and providing beautiful gifts. We value our customers and are always looking at ways to reward them through membership programmes such as our Weekly Best Buys, where you receive a free gift with every purchase!
Our Staff
We have a dedicated team of florists some have worked for Wildpoppies since 1998. Our florists who create your orders all have extensive industry experience and are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, processing your order as fast and efficiently as possible. We understand the importance of having someone to talk to who understands your needs as either a phone or online customer.
